BEST TIMES TO MAKE DUWAA (Supplication)

There are certain times dua (supplication) is more likely to be accepted by Allah (SWT) as mentioned by Prophet (SAW). These times are as follows:

1. The Last Third Of The Night
Abu Hurairah (RA) narrated that Allah’s Messenger (SAW) said: 'In the last third of every night our Rabb (Cherisher and Sustainer) (Allah (SWT)) descends to the lowermost heaven and says; "Who is calling Me, so that I may answer him? Who is asking Me so that may I grant him? Who is seeking forgiveness from Me so that I may forgive him?."' [Sahih al-Bukhari, Hadith Qudsi]

Amr ibn Absah narrated that the Prophet said: 'The closest any worshipper can be to His Lord is during the last part of the night, so if you can be amongst those who remember Allah at that time, then do so.'[at-Tirmidhi, an-Nasa'i, al-Hakim - Sahih]

2. Late at night
When people are sleeping and busy with worldly pleasures Allah (SWT) gives the believers an opportunity, or an answer hour if they can fight sleep and invoke Allah (SWT) for whatever they need. The Prophet (SAW) said: 'There is at night an hour, no Muslim happens to be asking Allah any matter of this world or the Hereafter, except that he will be given it, and this (occurs) every night.'
[Muslim #757]

3. Between Adhan and Iqamah
Anas (RA) narrated that Allah’s Messenger (SAW) said: 'A supplication made between the Adhan and Iqama is not rejected.'
[Ahmad, abu Dawud #521, at-Tirmidhi #212, Sahih al-Jami #3408, an-Nasai and Ibn Hibban graded it sahih (sound)]

4. An Hour On Friday
Narrated Abu Hurairah (RA): Allah’s Messenger (SAW) talked about Friday and said: 'There is an hour on Friday and if a Muslim gets it while offering Salat (prayer) and asks something from Allah (SWT), then Allah (SWT) will definitely meet his demand.' And he (the Prophet (SAW) pointed out the shortness of that particular time with his hands.[Sahih al-Bukhari]

Some have said that this hour is from the time the Imam (prayer’s leader) enters the mosque on Friday’s prayer until the prayer is over (ie between the two khutbahs), whereas others have said that it is the last hour of the day (ie after the Asr prayer until the Maghrib prayer).

5. While Drinking Zamzam Water
Jaber (RA) narrated that Allah’s Messenger (SAW) said: 'Zamzam water is for what it is drunk for.' [Ahmad 3: 357 and Ibn Majah #3062]. This means that when you drink Zamzam water you may ask Allah (SWT) for anything you like to gain or benefit from this water such as healing from illness.... etc.

6. While Prostrating
Abu Hurairah (RA) narrated that Allah’s Messenger (SAW), said: 'The nearest a slave can be to his Lord is when he is prostrating, so invoke (supplicate) Allah (SWT) much in it. [Muslim, abu Dawud, an-Nasa'i and others, Sahih al-Jami #1175]

When a Muslim is in his Salat (prayer) he is facing Allah (SWT) and when he prostrates he is the nearest he can be to Allah (SWT) so it is best to invoke Allah (SWT) at this time. It is said that while in prostration, one should not ask for worldy needs (ie a nice car, a new job, etc), but for the Hereafter.

7. When Waking Up at Night
Narrated Ubada Bin As-Samit that Allah’s Messenger (SAW) said: 'Whomever wakes up at night and says La ilaha illallahu wahdahu la shrika lahu lahulmulku, wa lahul hamdu, wa huwa ala kulli shai'in qadir. Alhamdu lillahi, wa subhanallahi wa la ilaha illallahu, wallah akbir, wa la hawla wala quwata illa billah (none has the right to be worshipped but Allah (SWT) He is the only one who has no partners. His is the kingdom and all the praises are for Allah (SWT) All the glories are for Allah (SWT) And none has the right to be worshipped but Allah (SWT) and Allah (SWT) is the most Great and there is neither might nor power except with Allah (SWT) and then says, Allahumma ighfir li (O Allah! Forgive me) or invokes Allah (SWT), he will be responded to and if he makes ablution and performs Salat (prayer), his Salat (prayer) will be accepted. [Sahih al-Bukhari]

8. At The End Of The Obligatory Salat:
Narrated Abu Omamah (RA): that Allah’s Messenger (SAW) was asked, O Messenger of Allah, which supplication is heard (by Allah (SWT), he said the end of the night and at the end of the obligatory Salat (prayer) [at-Tirmidhi]. This time is after saying 'At-tahyat' , and before making Tasleem (finishing prayer)

9. The Night Of 'Qadr' (Decree)
This night is the greatest night of the year. This is the night which the almighty Allah (SWT) said about it, "The night of Al-Qadar (Decree) is better than a thousand months." [Surah al-Qadr, 97: 3]

The Night of Decree is one of the odd nights of the last ten nights of the blessed month of Ramadan. The angels descend down to the earth, and the earth is overwhelmed with peace and serenity until the break of dawn and when he doors of Paradise are opened, the worshipper is encouraged to turn to Allah to ask for his needs for this world and the Hereafter.

10. During The Rain
Narrated Sahel Ibn Sa'ad (RA): that the Messenger of Allah (SAW) said: 'Two will not be rejected, Supplication when the Adhan (call of prayer) is being called, and at the time of the rain'. [Al-Hakim 2: 114, and Abu Dawud #2540, ibn Majah]

'Seek the response to your du'as when the armies meet, and the prayer is called, and when rain falls' [reported by Imam al-Shafi' in al-Umm, al-Sahihah #1469]. The time of the rain is a time of mercy from Allah (SWT) so, one should take advantage of this time when Allah (SWT) is having mercy on His slaves.

11. At the Adhan
'Seek the response to your du'as when the armies meet, and the prayer is called, and when rain falls' [reported by Imam al-Shafi' in al-Umm, al-Sahihah #1469]

In another hadith; 'When the prayer is called, the doors of the skies are opened, and the du'a is answered' [al-Tayalisi in his Musnad #2106, al-Sahihah #1413]

12. The One Who Is Suffering Injustice and Opression
The Messenger of Allah (SAW) said to Mua'ad Ibn Jabal (RA), 'Beware of the supplication of the unjustly treated, because there is no shelter or veil between it (the supplication of the one who is suffering injustice) and Allah (SWT)' [Sahih Al-Bukhari and Muslim]

The prophet (SAW) declared, 'Three men whose dua is never rejected (by Allah) are: the fasting person until he breaks his fast (in another narration, when he breaks fast), the just ruler and the one who is oppressed.'[Ahmad, at-Tirmidhi - Hasan]

In another hadith; The Prophet (SAW) declared: 'Three du'as are surely answered: The du'a of the oppressed, the du'a of the traveler, and the du'a of the father/mother (upon their child)'. The One who is suffering injustice is heard by Allah (SWT) when he invokes Allah (SWT) to retain his rights from the unjust one or oppressor. Allah (SWT) has sworn to help the one who is suffering from injustice sooner or later as the Messenger of Allah (SAW) said.

13. The Traveler
The Messenger of Allah (SAW) said; Three supplications will not be rejected (by Allah (SWT)), the supplication of the parent for his child, the supplication of the one who is fasting, and the supplication of the traveler. [al-Bayhaqi, at-Tirmidhi - Sahih]

During travel supplication is heard by Allah (SWT) if the trip is for a good reason, but if the trip is for a bad intention or to perform illegal things (making sins) this will not apply to it.

14. The Parent's Supplication for their Child
The Messenger of Allah (SAW) said; Three supplications will not be rejected (by Allah (SWT)), the supplication of the parent for his child, the supplication of the one who is fasting, and the supplication of the traveler. [al-Bayhaqi, at-Tirmidhi - Sahih]

15. Dua after praising Allah and giving salat on the Prophet (SAW) in the tashahhud at the end of salat.
Narrated Faddalah ibn Ubayd (RA): that the Messenger of Allah (SAW) said: 'When anyone of you makes du'a, let him start by glorifying his Lord and praising Him, then let him send blessings upon the Prophet (SAW), then let him pray for whatever he wants'
[abu Dawud #1481, at-Tirmidhi #3477]

In another hadith; Baqiy ibn Mukhallid (RA) narrated that that the Messenger of Allah (SAW) said: 'Every du'a is not responded to until one sends blessings upon the Prophet (SAW)' [al-Bayhaqi]

In another hadith; Umar (RA) narrated that the Prophet (SAW) said: 'Du'a is detained between the heavens and the earth and no part of it is taken up until you send blessings upon your Prophet (SAW)' [at-Tirmidhi #486]

After a person has finished his tashahhud and before saying the 'salam', supplication at this time is one likely to be responded to.
Ibn Mas'ud narrates: I was once praying, and the Prophet (SAW), Abu Bakr and Umar (were all present). When I sat down (in the final tashahhud), I praised Allah, then sent salams on the Prophet, then started praying for myself. At this, the Prophet (SAW) said:
'Ask, and you shall be given it! Ask, and you shall be given it!' [at-Tirmidhi #593 - hasan, Mishkat al-Misbah #931]

16. The dua of a Muslim for his absent brother or sister Muslim stemming from the heart.
The prophet (SAW) said: 'There is no believing servant who supplicates for his brother in his absence where the angels do not say, 'the same be for you'' [Muslim]

17. Dua on the Day of Arafat
The Messenger of Allah (SAW) said: 'The best supplication is the supplication on the day of Arafat'. [at-Tirmidhi and Malik]

The day of Arafat is the essence and pinnacle of Hajj. On this great and momentous day, millions of worshippers gather together on one plain, from every corner of the world, with only one purpose in mind - to respone to the call of their Creator. During this auspicious day, Allah does not refuse the requests of His worshippers.

18. Dua during the month of Ramadan

Ramadan is month full of many blessings, thus the du'a of Ramadan is a blessed one. This can be inferred from the Prophet (SAW) saying: 'When Ramadan comes, the Doors of Mercy (another narration says Paradise) are opened, and the doors of Hell are closed, and the Shaitans are locked up' Thus, it is clear that du'a during Ramadan has a greater chance of being accepted, as the Gates of Paradise and Mercy are opened. [Sahih al-Bukhari #1899, Muslim #1079 and others]

19. Dua when the Armies meet
When the Muslim is facing the enemy in battle, at this critical period, the du'a of a worshipper is accepted.

Sahl ibn Sa'd (RA) narrtaed the the Prophet (SAW) said: 'Two duas are never rejected, or rarely rejected: the du'a during the call for prayer, and the du'a during the clamity when the two armies attack each other' [Abu Dawud #2540, ibn Majah, al-Hakim]

20. When Muslims gather for the purpose of invoking and remembering Allah (Dhikrullah).

The Prophet (SAW) said: If a group of people sit together remembering Allah, the angels will circle them, mercy will shroud them, peace will descend onto them and Allah will remember them among those with Him. [Muslim]

21. First Ten days of Dhul-Hijjah
The Prophet (SAW) said: 'There are no days during which good deeds are more beloved to Allah than during these ten days'
[Sahih al-Bukhai #969 and others]

22. Dua when the heart reaches out to Allah and is ready to be totally sincere

23. At Midnight

Abu Umamah (RA) said, the Prophet (SAW) was questioned; 'Which du'a is heard (by Allah)?' He answered, 'At midnight and at the end of every obligatory prayer.' [at-Tirmidhi - Hasan]

25. Dua of people after the death of a person

In a long hadith, Umm Salamah (RA) narrated that the Prophet (SAW) said, when Abu Salamah had just passed away, and had closed his eyes, 'Do not ask for yourselves anything but good, for the angels will say 'Ameen' to all that you ask for. O Allah, forgive Abu Salamah, and raise his ranks among those who are guided.' [Muslim, abu Dawud, Ahmad]

26. Dua of the one fasting until he breaks his fast.

The Messenger of Allah (SAW) said; Three supplications will not be rejected (by Allah (SWT)), the supplication of the parent for his child, the supplication of the one who is fasting, and the supplication of the traveler. [al-Bayhaqi, at-Tirmidhi - Sahih]

27. Dua of the one fasting at the time of breaking fast

The prophet (SAW) declared, 'Three men whose dua is never rejected (by Allah) are: when a fasting person breaks fast (in another narration, the fasting person until he breaks his fast), the just ruler and the one who is oppressed.'[Ahmad, at-Tirmidhi - Hasan]

29. Dua of a just Ruler

The prophet (SAW) declared, 'Three men whose dua is never rejected (by Allah) are: the fasting person until he breaks his fast (in another narration, when he breaks fast), the just ruler and the one who is oppressed.'[Ahmad, at-Tirmidhi - Hasan]

30. Dua of a son or daughter obedient to his or her parents

It is well known in the story narrated in hadith os three men who were trapped by a huge stone in a cave. One of them who was kind to kis parents asked Allah to remove the stone, and his du'a was answered. [Sahih al-Bukhari 3:36 #472]

31. Dua immediately after wudu

Umar ibn Al-Khattab reported that the Prophet (SAW) said: 'There is not one of you that makes wudu, and does it perfectly, then says: I testify that there is no diety worthy of worship except Allah. he is Alone, having no partners. And I bear witness that Muhammad is His slave and messenger', except that the eight gates of Paradise are opened for him, and he can enter into it through whichever one he pleases' [Muslim #234, abu Dawud #162, Ahmad, an-Nasa'i] Saying what has been mentioned in the hadith that is directly related to it (ablution)

32. Dua after stoning the Jamarat at Hajj

The stoning of the small Shaitan (jamrat sugra), or the middle Shaitan (jamrat wusta) pillars during Hajj. It is narrated that the Prophet (SAW) would stone the small Jamarah (one of the three pillars that is stoned in the last days of Hajj), then face the qiblah, raise his hands, and make du'a for a long time. He would then stone the middle Jamarah and do the same. When he stoned the large Jamarah, he would depart without making any du'a. [Sahih al-Bukhari #1753 and others]

33. At the Crowing of a Rooster

Abu Hurairah (RA) narrated that the Prophet (SAW) said: 'When you hear a rooster crowing, then ask Allah for His bounties, for it has seen an angel, and when you hear a donkey braying, then seek refuge in Allah from Shaitan, for it has seen a Shaitan' [Sahih al-Bukhari, Muslim, Ahmad, Sahih al-Jami #611]

34. Du'a made inside the Ka'bah
The Ka'bah is a sanctuary that has no comparison in the entire world. The du'a of one who prays inside the hijr is considered as being made inside the ka'bah, as it is part of the house (Baitullah). [This is the semicircle to the right of the Ka'bah if you face the door, opposite to the Yemeni corner and the Black stone wall.]

Usamah ibn Zayd narrated, 'When the Prophet (SAW) entered the House (Ka'bah), he made du'a in all of its corners [Muslim 2: 968 and others]

35. Du'a on the mount of Safa or Marwah during Umrah or Hajj

It is narrated that the Prophet (SAW) would make long du'as at Safa and Marwah. [Muslim #1218 and others]

36. Dua at any of the holy sites.

37. While reciting Surah al-Fatihah

The Prophet (SAW) said that Allah the Exalted had said: ' I have divided the prayer into two halves between Me and My servant, and My servant will receive what he asks for. When the servant says: Praise be to Allah, the Lord of the universe, Allah the Most High says: My servant has praised Me. And when he (the servant) says: The Most Compassionate, the Merciful, Allah the Most High says: My servant has lauded Me. When he (the servant) says: Master of the Day of Judgment, He remarks: My servant has glorified Me, and sometimes He will say: My servant entrusted (his affairs) to Me. When he (the worshipper) says: Thee do we worship and of Thee do we ask help, He (Allah) says: This is between Me and My servant, and My servant will receive what he asks for. Then, when he (the worshipper) says: Guide us to the straight path, the path of those to whom Thou hast been Gracious -- not of those who have incurred Thy displeasure, nor of those who have gone astray, He (Allah) says: This is for My servant, and My servant will receive what he asks for. [Muslim 4: 395]

38. Saying 'Ameen' during prayer

After finishing the recitation of al-Fatihah, the saying of'Ameen' in congregation. The Prophet (SAW) said: 'When the Imam says 'Ameen', then recite it behind him (as well), because whoever's Ameen coincides with the Ameen of the angels will have all of his sins forgiven.' [Sahih al-Bukhari #780, Muslim #410 and others]

39. While visiting the sick, and dua made by the sick

Umm Salamah narrated that the Prophet (SAW) said: 'When you visit the sick, or the dead then say good, because the angels say 'Ameen' to whatever you say [Muslim #2126]

Ali (RA) reported that the Prophet (SAW) said: 'When a Muslim visits his sick Muslim brother in the morning, seventy thousand angels make dua for his forgiveness till the evening. And when he visits him in the evening, seventy thousand angels make dua for his forgiveness till the morning, and he will be granted a garden for it in Jannah.'

Mahinang mo Ammal Ibadat ha Bulan Ramadan

In hambuuk muslim apabila mabut na in bulan Ramadan subay niya taliun iban pikilun bang biyaddiin in hikahinang niya ammal ibadat ha bulan Ramadan , hasupaya siya dih malussung iban malugih minsan maubus na in bulan Ramadan , nah! daing ha sabab yan yari in daing ha mga tiranan hikahinang mu ammal ibadat ha bulan Ramadan .

1. Pag-pabukah ha tau nag-puasa
حديث زيد بن خالد الجهني رضي الله عنه، عن النبي صلى الله عليه وآله وسلم قال: ( من فطر صائماً كان له مثل أجره، غير أنه لا ينقص من أجر الصائم شيء ) رواه الترمذي ، و النسائي ، و ابن ماجة ، و ابن خزيمة ، و ابن حبان في صحيحيهما، والحديث قال عنه الترمذي : حسن صحيح، وهو صحيح
Hatiniya : hisiyu-hisiyu in makapabukah ha tau puasa in kaunan niya tungbasan siya sin tuhan biyah sin pahalah sin tau napabukah niya , ha dih hilang sin allah in pahalah sin tau amuin biyabukah niya hangsulag unu-unu .
Duun ha pag-pabukah yan mataud in hantangan niya , walah tiyutat bang unu in hipabukah mu ha tau nag-puasa lamud na di haini minsan dakuman tubig makadawhat kaw sin pahalah . ayaw sadya in hipabukah mu amuin mga hiyaram sin allah biyah na sin alak atawa kan siga iban na sin katan piyanglangan sin sarah adapun in hantangan sin pag-pabukah duun naka amuin dumihil ka sin ha tau nag-puasa karnah hasupaya hipami niya sin pag-bukaan niya atawa kan ikaw na in mami sin pag-bukaan niya , daing ha sabab yan landuh in luhay dumawhat sin pahalah iban karayawan pa mga sila aun gaus mag-pabukah sabab diin-diin na in taud sin napabukah niya bihatu daisab in taud mahasil nila pahalah iban karayawan .
2. Subay layuan sin tau puasa in magkita tv –amuin wayruun kapaiddahan niya iban na sin pag-dungug music kalangan sabab wajib ha tiyap-tiyap nag-puasa in subay niya palihalaun in waktu niya sartah usalun niya duun ha hikamumpaat kaniya iban usalun niya mag-ibadat pa allah mahasutsi mahatinggi .
3. Subay mu parihalaun in waktuh sin pag-taymah sin duwaa biyah na sin ha dih pakaw makabukah ayaw mu kalupahi mangayuh duwaa pa allah sabab in duwaa sin tau puasa tiyataymah sin tuhan hangkan daing ha sabab yan ayaw kaw tuud maligap sin dugaing ha dih pakaw makabukah hasupaya kaw maka duwaa pa allah mangayuh sin kabayaan mu duun naka parakalah manunjuki ha dunya atawa kan parakalah manunjuki pa agama in yan katan bilang da ha sarah .
4. Ayaw mu kalupahi in mag-baktih ha duwa maas mu ha bulan Ramadan ha sahbu kaw nag-puasa sabab in pag-bagti ha duwaa maas labi awla na tuud bang ha bulan Ramadan daing ha mga sabab hikadawhat mu mu karidaan sin tuhan sabab lipat-manglipat in karayawan niya , bang wayruun da tuud udjul mu dakulah in labi marayaw dahun mu in maas mu mag-lundang panun ha bulan Ramadan , duun naka mag-unay-unay kamu iban sin duwaa maas mu ha pag-bukah atawa kan tabangan mu sila ha mga parakalah ha bay .
5. Bang wayruun da udjul mu in labi marayaw matug kaw timprano hasupaya kaw makabatih sin tungah dum makasambahayang tahadjud iban hasupaya kaw dih karauun tumunay sin samabahayang subuh , iban hasupaya mu kaammalan in mga duwaa sug-sugun ha puas sin sambahayang subu , sabab in mag-jaga dum ha wayruun kapaiddahan niya mahinang siya hambuuk tiranan amuin dih mu hika ammal ibadat marayaw sin puas subu sabab makaruh .
6. Pag-lugtuh iban pag-anad kaw ha bulan Ramadan amuin tuminggal sin mahsiyat iban mga piyanglangan sin allah , sabab in bulan Ramadan mahinang siya sin hambuuk muslim amuin biyaatun niya in baran niya tumingal sin mga piyanglangan kaniya sin tuhan , daing ha sabab yan ha tungud sin sila mag-siga ha bulan Ramadan waktu nila na in mag-balmula sin baran nila amuin inut-inutun nila na in pag-tinggal sin pag-siga , sabab in mag-siga hikamudarat in baran iban akkal hangkan siya hiyaram sin tuhan , damikkiyan niya wajib aniban in mag-limut iban mag-tumbih ha bulan Ramadan .
7. Bang kaw makagaus ha bulan Ramadan pag-umra kaw pa baytullah sabab lipat-manglipat in pahalah sin pag-umra ha bulan Ramadan .
8. Bang kaw aun panghati mu ha agama islam in labi maryaw amuin ikaw in mag-imam ha masjid , hasupaya kaw makadawhat sin tutungbasab dakulah , sartah duun ha pag-imam mu yan wajib in subay agarun mu amuin tiyutat kaymu sin allah iban rasul niya bukun in agarun mu amuin kabyaan sin mga sila manusiya , sartah duun ha pag-imam yan subay tuud kaw mag-ikhlas pa tuhan bukun karnah sin altah atawa kan saddaka hasupaya mu madawhat in pahalah daing ha tuhan .
9. Wajib ha tiyap-tiyap imam sin kamasjiran amuin pahatihun iban hinduan nila in mga mahmum sin hukuman sin pag-puasa hasupaya sila dih maawam .
10. Subay palihalaun in pag-ihtikap ha masjid labi awla na tuud ha hikahangpuh kahinapusan sin bulan Ramadan .
11. Subay niya parihalaun in sambahayang lima waktuh barjmaa ha masjid sabab wayruun pus sin pag-puasa bang dih siya mag-sambahayang lima waktu sartah bang wayruun sambahayang niya lima waktu wayruun da bistahun kaniya .
12. Parihalaun niya in sambahayang tarawi sabab tiranan hika ampun sin dusa .
13. Subay niya pataurun in pag-bassa sin qur-an sabab in qur-an maka sapaat ha rtau nag-bassa kaniya ha adlaw kiyamat .
14. Subay nila pataurun in ammal ibadat niya ha bulan Ramadan daing namayan ha pag-bassa sin qur-an iban pag-jikir mabut na papag-samabahayang niya sunnat labi awla na tuud sambahayang tahadjud sabab lipat-manglipat in karyawan niya .
15. Bang siya makagaus mag-saddaka ha bulan Ramadan pa mga tau miskin labi marayaw sabab in pag-saddaka makapapas sin dusa ,
Patum-tum ha palihalan sin kababaihan ha bulan Ramadan
1. Subay mag-ikhlas in babai mag-ayuput ha bana niya ha bulan Ramadan duun nakan mag-adjal sin pag-bukaan iban pag-sahulan sin bana niya in katan hinang niya yan bang siya nag-ikhlas pa tuhan malagguh in madawhat niya tutungbasan sabab sin pag-ayuput niya ha bana atawa kan anak niya nag-pupuasa , damikkiyan niya in labi marayaw hasupaya siya makadawhat pa sin karayawan hasalugay niya nag-aadjal dumungug siya sin qur-an atawa kan mga nasihat ha palihan sin pag-agama .

Wajib kataniyu mag-hambuuk iban manggayung-gung duun ha qur-an iban sunnah

قال تعالى : { وَاعْتَصِمُواْ بِحَبْلِ اللَّهِ جَمِيعًا } فحبل الله يراد به هنا الإسلام والقرآن واتباع الرسول صلى الله عليه وسلم .

وأخبر صلى الله عليه وسلم أنها ستكون فتن . قالوا : وما المخرج منها يا رسول الله ؟ . قال : ( كتاب الله ) (2) رواه الترمذي ( 5/2906 ) وقال : هذا حديث لا نعرفه إلا من هذا الوجه وإسناده مجهول، وفي الحارث مقال، والإمام أحمد ( 2/704 ) بتحقيق أحمد شاكر، والدارمي ( 2/3331 ) بتحقيق خالد العلمي وفؤاد زمرلي

An Introduction to Islamic Monotheism (Tawhid & Sherk )

Introduction

There are two Arabic words that are important to know for a discussion of Islamic monotheism. These are tawhid and shirk. Tawhid means "declaring God one", while shirk means "associating partners with God". Thus tawhid is monotheism while shirk is polytheism or idolatry.

The Islamic scholars have defined three aspects to tawhid, each of which has several types of shirk that negate it. Each of these will be discussed in turn.



Tawhid ar-Rububiyya

As explained above, tawhid means "declaring God one." Rububiyya is an Arabic word that is difficult to translate into English. It carries the senses of creating, sustaining, cultivating, and cherishing. A word from the same root is tarbiya, which describes how parents bring up their children, succoring them and drawing out their full nature. Another word from the same root is rabbani which is used in the Quran to refer to teachers and other religious leaders, who supplement parents in providing education and moral guidance to fully develop the child's character. A third word from the same root is Rabb, which is one of God's titles. The Quran tells us that God is the Rabb of all the worlds and of everything in them. Thus rububiyya refers to God as Creator and Sustainer.

Another way of saying this is that rububiyya is a way of referring to God by His functions as God. Tawhid ar-rububiyya thus means declaring that there is only One who holds these divine functions of creating and sustaining the universe. There are two kinds of shirk that negate this, which are polytheism and atheism. Polytheism says that there are many gods who are responsible for creating and sustaining the universe, while atheism says that there is no Creator or Sustainer at all.



Tawhid al-Asma wa as-Sifat

The phrase al-asma wa as-sifat means "the names and the attributes". Thus tawhid al-asma wa as-sifat means "declaring God one in His names and attributes". The names and attributes in question are the famous 99 names. These include The Real (al-Haqq), The Alive (al-Hayy), The Powerful (al-Qawiyy), The Good (al-Barr), and other names such as The Most Gentle (ar-Rahman) and The Mighty (al-Aziz), and many others. A full discussion of the 99 names is beyond the scope of this essay; the point is that these are all qualities that God has. He is Absolute Reality, Absolute Life, Absolute Power, Absolute Good, and so on. Moreover, He is the only being who possesses these or any other qualities in and of Himself. Any reality, life, power, goodness, or other qualities that we have are completely contingent on Him. He gave them to us, and if He willed, He could take them away. And our reality is mixed with non-reality in comparison to God, our life is mixed with death, our power is mixed with incapability, and our goodness is mixed with evil. The Quran tells us about God, "Nothing is like Him" (Surah ash-Shura verse 11) and "There is nothing comparable to Him" (Surah Ikhlas verse 4). No created thing can ever match God in any of His qualities.

And this is the key to understanding tawhid al-asma wa as-sifat. There are two kinds of shirk that negate it, which are the deification of human beings and the humanization of God. The deification of human beings is to say that a human being, a created thing, matches the Absolute Reality (God) in any way. The humanization of God is to impute any non-reality, death, incapability, evil, or the opposite of any of His qualities to God.

The most obvious example of a shirk that negates tawhid al-asma wa as-sifat is the deification of Jesus (peace be upon him). How could Jesus, a human being, be equal to God in any way? How could God, the Absolute Reality, be equal to a human being in any way? This is why Muslims believe that Christianity has fallen short of monotheism.

Another way of expressing tawhid al-asma wa as-sifat is to say that it is possible to recognize only one God as Creator and Sustainer (tawhid ar-rububiyya) but to have the wrong picture of Him. In order to be truly monotheistic, you have to have the right picture of God, and that is what tawhid al-asma wa as-sifat is about. Otherwise you end up worshiping a deified human being or a "micro-god" with human attributes not God.



Tawhid al-ibada

Ibada is an Arabic word meaning "service" or "worship". Thus, tawhid al-ibada means "declaring God one through our service". There are two kinds of shirk that negate this, which are "outward shirk" and "hidden shirk".

Outward shirk involves offering outward forms of worship to other than God, for instance, praying to Zeus or Shiva (or to Jesus, for that matter), or intending actions in their name, or obeying their commandments instead of God's. This is obviously polytheism or idolatry.

Hidden shirk is basically hypocrisy or "showing off". The Quran says "Have you seen him who takes caprice as his god?" (Surah al-Furqan verse 43). Outwardly, the person appears to be pious and monotheistic, but in his heart, it is his caprices he serves, not God, because those are what he obeys.

Thus, tawhid al-ibada has two aspects. One is to offer the outward forms of worship to God alone, and the other is to have a pure and sincere intention in the heart for God alone.



Conclusion

When we look at the three types of tawhid, we can see that the outward tawhid al-ibada refers to our actions, while tawhid ar-rububiyya and tawhid al-asma wa as-sifat refer to our knowledge and understanding, and the inner tawhid al-ibada refers to our motivations.

In other words, in order to be truly monotheistic, you must not only worship God alone in your prayer (outward tawhid al-ibada) but you must have the correct knowledge (tawhid ar-rububiyya), the correct understanding (tawhid al-asma wa as-sifat), and the correct motivation (inner tawhid al-ibada).

Having the correct motivation and annihilating hypocrisy is in fact a lifelong struggle for most people, and so there are very few who have completely perfected their monotheism (tawhid). However, every adult should have the correct knowledge and understanding, and that depends on choosing the right religion. Christians may avoid the outward shirk of worshiping other than God, and they may avoid the shirk of claiming that there is more than one Creator and Sustainer of the universe, but no matter how much you claim that the Trinity is One God, it still mixes a human being (Jesus) with God, and thus results in worshiping either a deified human being (Jesus as God) or a micro-god (God with Jesus's human characteristics) and this is not monotheism. You are worshiping a false image not the real God.

In summary, tawhid (i.e., monotheism) is a complete way of being. It must characterize every level on which human beings relate to God. If a person falls short on any of these levels, it is not truly tawhid. It goes far beyond avoiding the obvious errors of polytheism and idolatry.

Duty of children towards parents clearly defined

ALL religions of the world have laid great emphasis on the rights of parents and the duties of children towards them. According to Islamic teachings, to be obedient and to show kindness to parents has been enjoined in the Holy Quran in such a manner as to say that among the noble deeds, to obey parents, treat them respectfully and to show kindness to them is next to worshipping Almighty Allah. The Holy Quran says, "Your Lord has decreed that you worship none but Him, and that you be kind to parents. Whether one or both of them attain old age in thy life, say not to them a word of contempt, nor repel them, but address them in terms of honor." - Surah Al Isra (17:23).
According to Prophet Muhammad (peace be upon him), the parents of a certain person arehis Heaven or Hell. What this means is that if a person obeys his parents, attends to their needs and keeps them happy and comfortable, he will attain Paradise. On the other hand, if he is disrespectful and rude to them, offends them by ignoring their needs and feelings or causes them grief in any manner, his place shall be in Hell. In modern times, a trend has arisen whereby when parents come to be seen as a liability because of old age and physical weakness. They are then sent to 'old people's homes'.

But the stricture ordained by Islam makes it clear that shrugging off the responsibility of old parents serves as an invitation to Hell. Both the father and mother are equal when it comes to caring for them and providing them all possible physical comforts and mental peace. The time that the parents need to be looked after most, is in their old age. To serve them devotedly at that stage of their lives is the best way of pleasing Almighty Allah. It is also one of the easiest ways of attaining Paradise. Abu Hurairah, a companion of the holy Prophet, has said that "a person is indeed disgraced, who does not earn Paradise by caring for his parents during the life time and old age of his/her parents".

A person once asked the holy Prophet, "Who has the greatest claim on me with regard to service and kind treatment?" The Holy Prophet replied, "Your mother and again your mother and once again your mother. After her is the claim of your father, then that of your near relatives, and then of the relations next to them". This shows that the claim of a mother is greater than a father over the care that you endow upon them in their old age. Serving and obeying parents is a matter of give and take. Those who treat and obey their parents can rest assured that their children will also show kindness and compassion to them. Respecting and caring the parents is a virtue of the highest order that continues to transcend generation after generation.

Asma bint Abu Bakr relates that her mother had come from Makkah to Madinah to meet her. Her mother was not a Muslim and followed pagan tribal customs and beliefs. Asma enquired from the holy Prophet how she was supposed to treat her. The holy Prophet told her to be kind and considerate and to behave towards her as was a mother's due from a daughter. Obeying one's parents and treating them with respect and affection is a great virtue and it serves as repentence for a person's sins. Similarly, to ask Almighty Allah to have mercy on them after death is an act that brings them comfort in their graves. It is the duty of sons and daughters to pray for the forgiveness of their parents after their death and treat their relatives and friends with due respect. In the Holy Quran, Muslims have been urged to pray for the salvation of their parents as shown in the following verse: "And say, My Lord, Have mercy on both of them as they cared for me when I was little".

The holy Prophet has said that to abuse one's parents is a major sin. So much so that if a person abuses someone else's parents and that person, in retaliation, abuses his parents, then it is as though he himself has abused his parents. On another occasion, when asked about the major sins, the holy Prophet replied, "To associate someone with Almighty God, to disobey parents, to kill unlawfully, and to give false evidence".

In the light of the Holy Quran and holy Prophet's sayings, one can understand that the respect for parents occupies a special place in the moral and social teachings of Islam. -

الحديث المتفق عليه عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم : صلاة الجماعة تفضل على صلاة الفذ بسبع وعشرين درجة وفي رواية : بخمس وعشرين

Sabda sin nabiy salawat iban salam kaniya sin allah : in samabahayang bar-jamaa ha masjid nakabidda in pahalah niya duun ha sambahayang isa-isa sin kawhaan tag-pitu darajat , ) ha hambuuk riwayat : kawhaan tag-lima darajat .
Adapun ha tungud sin hukuman sambahayang barjamaa ha ha masjid in papanaw makusug in hukaman niya parduh ain ha mga kausugan sibuh da in kaunan niya ha tulakan iban tutug ha hulah iban ha pagbunaan sabab kiyapag waris na sin tiyap-tiyap generation yari in mga dalil niya :
Daing ha sabab sin sambahayang barjamaa ha masjid piyawajib in pag-bang , damikkiyan daing ha sabab sin sambayang barjamaa ha masjid piyatindug in kamsjid-masjiran
adaupn in dalil niya ha laum sin qur’an parman sin allah .

وقال الله تعالى في حال الخوف :) وَإِذَا كُنْتَ فِيهِمْ فَأَقَمْتَ لَهُمُ الصَّلَاةَ فَلْتَقُمْ طَائِفَةٌ مِنْهُم مَعَكَ )

Hatiniya : bang in kaunan mu ya nabiy Muhammad duun ha mga sahabat sartah sartah timndug nakaw sin sambayaang nah! kawah tumpukan daing ha mga sahabat mu dahun mu mag-jamaa .
Dain di ha ayat ini manunjuki minsan pa in kaunan sin mga muslim ha pag-bunaan wajib nila ra parihalaun in sambahayang barjmaa , parahal in yan halaum lingug iban bugah sah! Minsan bihattu diyak da sin allah in nabiy iban sin mga sahabat niya mag-samabahayang bar-jamaa .

In dalil niya daing ha hadith
وفي الحديث المتفق عليه عن أبي هريرة رضي الله عنه عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم ; أنه قال : أثقل الصلاة على المنافقين صلاة العشاء وصلاة الفجر , ولو يعلمون ما فيهما , لأتوهما ولو حبوا , ولقد هممت أن آمر بالصلاة فتقام , ثم آمر رجلا فيصلي بالناس , ثم انطلق معي برجال معهم حزم من حطب , إلى قوم لا يشهدون الصلاة , فأحرق عليهم بيوتهم بالنار

Daing kan abu hurayra kiyaridaan siya sin allah daing ha nabiy salawat iban salam kaniya : sabunnal tuud nag-sabda siya : panaka mabuhgat samabahayang ha mga sila munafik amuna in sambahayang isha iban sambahayang subu , bang nila sadya kiyaingatan in lagguh sin tutubangbasab duuh ha samabahayang isha iban subu yan , tantu tunayun nila pa masjid minsan pa in kaunan nila nag-pananap , iban sabunnal tuud naka niyat aku mangdaak patindugun in sambahayang ubus ampa ku daakun in hambuuk usug mag-imam kanila , maubus mayan kattuun namuh iban sin mga kausugan nag-dara sila sin kahuy karnah hipagduhngul hasupaya sunugun in mga sila manusiya dih mag-sambahayang bar-jamaa ha masjid .[ bukhari iban hi muslim ]

Duun ha ahdith yan duwa in makawah ta hukaman

1. In munusiya dih mag-sambahayang barjmaa ha masjid sipat sin nabiy manufiq manunjuki in sambahayang barjamaa ha masjid wajib sabab bang in kaunan niya sunnat matarrang ha sarah in tuminggal sin sunnat bukun siya munafiq .
2. Sabunnal tuud in nabiy nakaniyat siya sunugun niya in bay sin mga tau dih magsambahayang bar-jama ha masjid siksah kanila di ha dunya , hatiniya manunjuki sin in samabahayang barjmaa ha masjid wajib sabab bang in kauanan niya sunnat matarrang ha sarah in tuminggal sin sunnat dih siya siksaun iban dih siya mag-dusa .

وفي " صحيح مسلم أن رجلا أعمى قال : يا رسول الله ! ليس لي قائد يقودني إلى المسجد , فسأله أن يرخص له أن يصلي في بيته , فرخص له , فلما ولى ; دعاه , فقال : " هل تسمع النداء ؟ " , قال : نعم , قال : " فأجب (

Aun hambbuk usug butah laung niya ya rasulullah , wayruun makaiban kakuh pa masjid mikitugut siya sin sumambayang na sadya siya ha bay nah! tiyugutan sin nabiy hatatkalah mayan mayan timaykud na in usug buta tiwag sin nabiy laung niya kaniya ? kurungan mu in bang ? laung sin tau buta huun . sabda kaniya sin nabiy nah! subay rakaw pa masjid .[ muslim ]

أخرجَ أصحابُ السُّنَنِ أنَّ النَّبيَّ صلّى الله عليه وسلّم قال: «مَنْ سَمِعَ النِّداءَ فلم يُجبْ؛ فلا صلاةَ له إلا مِن عُذْرٍ» أخرجه ابن ماجه، كتاب المساجد والجماعات، باب التغليظ في التخلف عن الجماعة (793)؛ والحاكم (1/245) وصححه على شرط مسلم، وصححه الحافظ ابن حجر

Sabda sin nabiy salawat iban salam kaniya sin allah : hisiyu-hisiyu in nakarangug sin bang sartah walah siya piya masjid dih mabilang in sambahayang niya malaaingkan bang aun ujjul sin baran niya .[ ibnu majah ]
وثبت حديث بذلك : )يد الله على الجماعة , فمن شذ ; شذ في النار (

Sabda sin nabiy salawat iban salam kaniya : in liam sin alah dun jamaa nah! hisiyu-hisiyu in namutas daing ha jamaa makapanarkah siya .

Dalil daing ha mga kaul papanaw sin mga sahabat

قال ابن مسعود رضي الله عنه : ولقد رأيتنا وما يتخلف عنها إلا منافق معلوم النفاق أخرجه مسلم، كتاب المساجد، باب صلاة الجماعة من سنن الهدى (654) (257

وسئل ابن عباس عن رجل يقوم الليل ويصوم النهار ولا يحضر الجماعة , فقال : " هو في النار

Nausubu hi Abdullah ibnu abbas kiyaridaan sila sin allah ha hokum sin hambuuk usug in siya mag-tahdjud sartah mag-puasa sah dih siya mag-samabahayang bar-jamaa ha masjid ? laung niya : in usug yan halaum narkah .

Mga hukuman ha kahalan sin mga manusiya timinggal sin sambahayang bar-jamaa
• Bang sawpama niya tinggalan niya in sambahayang bar-jamaa sabab aun udjul sin baran niya biyah na sin aun sakit niya atwa kana un kabugaan niya duun ha dan biyah na aun tau mamuhingah kaniya , sartah in siya mabayah tuud humadir sin sambahayang bar-jamaa ha masjid sulatun da kaniya sin allah in pahalah biyah da siya sin nakasambahayang bar-jamaa ha masjid ha sabda sin nabiy salawat iban salam kaniya .

في الحديث الصحيح ) إذا مرض العبد أو سافر ; كتب له ما كان يعمل صحيحا مقيما (

Hatiniya : apabila nasakit in hambuuk muslim atawa kan hatulakan siya nah! sulatun kaniya sin allah in kakahinang amuin pag-hinangun niya duun ha waktu kakasay niya iban sin kakahinang ha hulah niya .

Unu in mahna sin tawhid ?
In mahna sin tawhid : amuna in mag-paratsaya kaw sin siyara in tuput tag-amulahi sin katan piyapanjari , iban mag-paratsaya kaw sin siyara in tuput pag-ibadatan sarta mag-paratsaya kaw kaniya sin wayruun salih sabanding in kangan nganan niya iban sin mga sipat niya .
Hapalihalan yan bang kaw ammal ibadat subay tuud in kaunan sin pag-ibadat mu ihklas siya pa allah patunggalun mu in katan ibadat mu pa tuhan .iban dih mu siya sakutuhan duun ha katan ammal ibadat mu , sabab bang mu nasampurnah in pag-tawhid pa allah dain di pa ha dunya pasangyangun nakaw sin allah iban kananaman muna in parasahan iban kasanyangan ,hangkan in panagnaan panawagtawag sin tuhan halaum qur-an niya mahamulliya pa mga ipun niya amuna in tawhid ha parman niya :
قال الله تعالى : ( يأيها الناس اعبدوا ربكم )

Hatiniya : ya kamu mga manusiya pag-tagipun kamu pa tuhan niya .

Laung hi Abdullah ibn abbas kiyaridaan siya sin allah : in katan lapal halaum sin qur-an ( uhbudu ) magmahna siya ( wahhidu ) patunggala niyu pa allah in pag ibadat niyu .
Hatiniya bang kitah mag-ibadat subay da siya halaum panawhid pa tuhan iban halaum ikhlas kaniya , hangkan in allah nag-daak katuh niyu sin patammatun in kabuhih natuh halaum panawhid kaniya sartah nagdaak katuh taniyu in hilapal natuh kalimah ha kahinapusan sin napas natuh , kalima attawhi ( lailaha illah allah )
Ha parman sin allah :
قال الله تعالى : ( واعبد ربك حتى يأتيك اليقين )
Hatiniya : pagtagipun kaw pa tuhan mu sartah pag-ikhlas kaw kaniya ha pag-ibadat mu sahingga dakpakan kaw sin kamatay .

Sabda sin nabiy salawat iban salam kaniya
( من كان آخر كلامه من الدنيا لا إله إلا الله دخل الجنة )

Hisiu-hisiu in kaunan sin bissa niya hinapusan di dunya la-ilah illah allah pasuruun siya sin allah pa laum sin surgah.
Hangkan wajib katuh taniyu sakahabah waktu mag-upiksah sin niyat natuh sartah barmulahun natuh in ammal ibadat natuh sin pag-ikhlas iban pag-tawhid pa allah ,hasupaya maparihalah daing ha mga shirik iban riyah / hinang pag-pakitah kitah iban pag-parungug dungug ,sabab in allah dih tuud taymaun niya in ammal ibadat amuin kiyalaumuran riyah .

Biyaddin in kadawhat sin mattan pag-tawhid pa allah ?

Madawhat in kasabunnalan sin tawhid duun ha tu parakala :
1. Subay aniban in shirik dakulah / biyah na sin mag-tunggah pa tau patay mangayuh duwaa pa tampat iban pa tau patay atawa kan panunuk iban na sin dugaing niya .
2. Subay aniban in shirik asibi / biyah na sin riyah hinang pagpakitah kitah iban hinang pag-parungug dungug iban na sin dugaing niya .
3. Subay aniban in mga mahsiyat piyanglangan sin tuhan iban aniban in katan kakahinang bahgu ha agama / biyah na sin pag-birht day valintines pag-mawlud pag-hinang pitu iban na sin dugaing niya .
Nah! bang ta kiya aniban in mga kakahinang yan tantu nabunnal tana in pag-tawhid pa tuhan .

Pag-ka kiyaingatan muna in sarat sin pag-ayil iban wajib sin pag-ayil mabut na pa sunnat niya , bihaun kagunahan mu ingatun bang unu na mayan in makahtal sin ayil iban makalarak kaniya , bang in daing ha mga hinang yan mahinang mu mabahtal in ayil mu
1. Katan gimuwah daing ha duwa lalabayan duun nakan... ihih atawa kan tai atawa kan utut atawa kan madhih atawa kan manni
• Bang sawpama niya gimuwah in ihih iban sin tai mabahtal in ayil kiyabaytah sin allah ha qur-an sartah kiyapagmawpakkatan sin mga ulama ha parman sin allah

قال تعالى: ) أَوْ جَاءَ أَحَدٌ مِنْكُمْ مِنَ الْغَائِطِ (
Hatniya : atawa kan nakajamban in hambuuk daing kaniyu mabahtal in ayil niya .
• Damikkiyan Bang sawpama niya giyuwaan sin manni atawa kan madhi ( in madhi magguwa siya apabila in tau datungan shahwa ) mabahtal in ayil niya kiyabaytah ha hadith sin nabiy iban kiyapaghambbukan sin katan kaulamaan kiyabaytah hi ibnul mundhir iban na sin dugaing niya .
• Damikkiyan niya mabahtal in ayil apabila guwaan in babai sin dugu istihada ( in dugu istihada dugaing daing ha duguh biyulan ) in istihada duguh sakit sabda sin nabiy salawat iban salam kaniya sin allah kan Fatima bint abi hubaish ;
فقال لها النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم :} فتوضئي وصلي , فإنما هو دم عرق { رواه أبو داود والدارقطني , وقال : إسناده كلهم ثقات

• Damikkiyan niya mabahtal in ayil apabila gimuwah in utut kiyabaytah sin nabiy ha hadith niya ( sahi ) bunnal iban kiyapagmawpakkatn sin mga kaulmaan ha sabda sin nabiy salawat iban salam kaniya sin allah

قال صلى الله عليه وسلم : }ولا يقبل الله صلاة أحدكم إذا أحدث حتى يتوضأ {
( dih taymaun sin allah in sambahayang sin hangkatau daing kaniyu apabila aun hadith niya sahingga siya makapag-ayil )

• Ha tungud amuin gimuwah bukun daing ha duwa lalabayan hatiniya amuin gimuwah daing ha baran biyah na sin nag-duguh in baran niya sabab aun palih niya atawa kan suka atawa kahak in yan naun in khilaf ( piyagsulangan ) sin mga kaulmaan ha tungud sin hukuman niya unu makabahtal siya atawa dih ? aun daing ha mga ulama nag-iyan makabahtal siya aun daing kanila nag-iyan dih siya makabahtal aun daing kanila nag-iyan mabahtal bang mataud sah! Bang hangkatiyuh dih siya makabahtal sin ayil sah laung hi sheikh fawzan ha kitab niya mulakhas fiqhiya : ( in papanaw makusug iban bunnal dih siya makabahtal sah in labi marayaw mag-ayil siya hasupaya sin makaig daing ha khilaf ) gikapan 45 / babu nawaqidul wuduh .

2. Daing ha mga makabahtal sin ayil apabila nalawah in akkal sin manusiya ha sahbu in in kaunan niya halaum ayil duun nakan piyunung siya atawa kan katug atawa kan narupang siya .
• Bang sawpama niya in tug niya bukun da mahaluk amuin makasambung pa siya bang siya dahun mag-bissara sartah kahatihan niya bang unu in bissara sin pangdaig niya duun naka nag-titindug siya atawa kan naglilingkud siya nakatug dih mabahtal ijn ayil niya .

3. Daing ha mga makabahtal sin ayail bang siya nakakaun unu untah sibuh da matud iban sin tiyuh-tiyuh dana in gatas sin untah .
روى أحمد في «مسنده» بسندٍ حسن عن أُسيد بن حُضير أنَّ النبيَّ صلّى الله عليه وسلّم قال: «تَوضَّؤوا من ألبان الإِبل» أبو يعلى رقم (632).

Daing kan usaid ibn hudair sabunnal tuud in nabiy salawat iban salam kaniya sain allah nagsabda : ( pag-ayil kamu apabila kamu naka-inum gatas sin untah ) .

Sah laung hi ibnu uthaymin kiya-ulungan siya sin allah : ( in papanaw bunnal ha tungud sin gatas sin untah dih siya makabahtal hatiniya sunnat in mag-ayil balik apabila siya naka inum gatas sin untah .sabab in hadith yan malamma ( daif ) laung sin kaibanan ulama / ha kitab sharhul mumtih babu nawaqidul wuduh .

Ha tungud sin unud untah makabahtal siya in dalil niya ;

حديث جابر بن سَمُرَة رضي الله عنه أن رجلاً سأل النبيَّ صلّى الله عليه وسلّم: أنتوضَّأ من لحوم الإِبل؟ قال: «نعم، فتوضَّأ من لحوم الإِبل»، قال: أنتوضَّأ من لحوم الغنم؟ قال: «إن شئت فتوضَّأ، وإِن شئت فلا تتوضَّأ» رواه مسلم، كتاب الحيض: باب الوضوء من لحوم الإِبل، رقم (360).

Daing kan jabir ibn samura kiyaridaan siya sin allah sabunnal tuud in hambuuk usug nangasubu ha nabiy salawat iban salam kaniya sin allah laung niya : unu mag-ayil kami apabila nakakaun kami sin unud untah ? sabda sin nabiy :( huun pag-ayil kamu bang kamu nakakaun unud untah ) laung sin usug : unu mag-ayil kami apabila kami nakakaun unud kambing ? sabda niya : ( bang kaw mabayah pag-ayil pag-ayil kaw bang kaw dih na mag-ayil wayruun da sah niya )

• Aun daing ha mga kakahinang nag-khilaf in mga kaulmaan bang siya makabahtal sin ayil atawa kan dih biyah na sin makakumpit sin awrat ha wayruun lampik atawa kan makakumpit babai amuin maharus kaniya iban sin pag-liguh ga tau patay iban sin tau nag-murtad daing ha agama islam aun daing ha ulama nag-iyan makabahtal aun daing kanila nag-iyan dih makabahtal in tiyap-tiyap papanaw aun dalil niya sah in labi marayaw ,mag-ayil na siya hasupaya siya makaig daing ha khilaf .

Undang-undangan biyutang sin sarah ha kasutsihan iban ha pag-ayil

• Bang in tau halaum yakin siya sabunnal tuud in siya halaum ayil pag-ubus nag-duwa-ruwa siya ha baran niya bang siya halaum hadath atawa halaum ayil nah! duun hayan in hukuman niya in siya halaum ayil sabab in asal niya in siya halaum ayil iban halaum yakin siya in kaunan niya halaum ayil siya .
• Damikkiyan niya bang sawpama niya yakin siya sabunnal tuud in siya halaum hadath pag-ubus nag-duwa ruwa siya baran niya bang siya halaum ayil nah! duun ha kahalan yan subay siya mag-ayil sabab in asal niya in siya ha masi halaum hadath dih niya maig sin pag-duwa-ruwa .

Hukaman sin pag-siyawak iban na sin dugaing niya

روت أم المؤمنين عائشة رضي الله عنها ; أن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم ; قال : السواك مطهرة للفم مرضاة للرب رواه أحمد وغيره .

Kiyabaytah hi aiesha kiyaridaan siya allah : sabunnal tuud in nabiy salawat iban salam kaniya sin allah sabda niya : in pag-siwak makalissin sin ipun iban laum simud s...artah karidaan sin tuhan . [ kiyariwayat hi ahmad iban na sin dugaing niya ]

وثبت في " الصحيحين " عن أبي هريرة رضي الله عنه ; قال : قال رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم : خمس من الفطرة : الاستحداد , والختان , وقص الشارب , ونتف الإبط , وتقليم الأظافر

[kiyabaytah hi bukhaiy iban hi muslim ]

Hati sin fitratun : amuin kariyasali sin kapapanjari sin allah ha mga ipun niya sartah naraak sila sin hipahinang kanila .

وفي " الصحيحين " أيضا عن ابن عمر رضي الله عنهما مرفوعا : أحفوا الشوارب وأعفوا اللحى
Daing kan ibnu umar kiyaridaan siya sila allah : bagungi niyu in pungut dapit pa taas sin higad simud sartah pahabaa niyu in pungut niyu .

Duun ha mga hadith nasabbut yan aun duun mga hukaman subay natuh patarrangun

1. Pag-siwak = in pag-siwak sunnat piyangdaakan sin sarah sabab daing ha mga kakahinang sin kanabiy nabihan sabab in karayawan makawah kaniya
Hikaisa niya paidda dain di ha dunya : in pag-siwak makalissin sin ipin iban simud
Hikaruwa niya paidda ha adlaw akhirat : in pag-siwak kariridaan sin tuhan

Ha tungud sin pag-toothbrash madawhat ta in kalissinan sin ipu iban sin lanuh sin laum simud .

In pag-siwak siyaunnat siya ha katan waktu minsan pa in kaunan sin tau ha sahbu siya nag-puasa siyunnat da kaniya sah aun mga waktu iban tampat mahinang siya sunnat mu’akkada biya na ha waktu :

• Duun ha sambahayang sibuh dakan parduh atawa kan sunnat in tampat sin pag-siwak ha dih pakaw makatakbir .
• Bang kaw mag-ayil in tampat sin pag-siwak duun ha pag-gumgum .
• Apabila mahuh in simud mu
• Apabila kaw makabatih daing ha katugan sibuh da adlaw iban dum
• Apabila kaw mamassa sin qur-an in tampat niya ha dih pakaw makabassa sin qur-an .

Hukuman sin lima fitratun ( Hati sin fitratun : amuin kariyasali sin kapapanjari sin allah ha mga ipun niya sartah naraak sila sin hipahinang kanila ) .

Hikaisa niya : pag-pagung buhuk amuin timubuh ha awrat in yan piyangdaakan sin allah iban rasul niya , ha palihalan yan laung sin mga ulama subay dih makaliyu daing ha kahpatan adlaw sabab bang limiyu na daing ha kahpatan adalw dih niya bagungan mag-dusa na siya .
Hikaruwa niya : pag-islam in hukaman niya yari in papanaw sin mga kaulmaan ha tungud sin hukuman sin pag-islam .
1. in hukaman niya bang ha usug wajib sah bang ha babai sunnat amuyan in papanaw hi ibnu qudama kiya ulungan siya sin allah / ha kitab zad mustaknih ala sharhul mumtih kitab at-tahara .
2. ha madhab sin hambali wajib ha usug iban ha babai / ha kitab zad mustaknih ala sharhul mumtih kitab at-tahara .

3. in hukuman niya sunnat ha usug iban babai ha hambuuk riwayat daing kan imam malikkiya ulungan siya sin allah / ha kitab zad mustaknih ala sharhul mumtih kitab at-tahara iban ha kita thfatul mawdud kan ibnul qayyim .

• duun ha mga papanaw yan in pinakamasuuk hukuman sin pag-islam wajib ha mga kausugan sunnat ha mga kababaihan / ha kitab zad mustaknih ala sharhul mumtih kitab at-tahara kan ibnu al-uthaymin kiya ulungan siya sin allah .
hikatu niya : pag-bagung sin pungut dapit pa taas sin simud niya sartah wajib pahabaun in pungut bungus sabab piyanglangan sin nabiy in mag-bagung sin pungut amuin timutubuh ha pingpingan iban takuh in hikmat dain duun hasupaya masulang ta in kakahinang sin mga yahudi iban nasrani .
hikaupat niya : pag-larut atawa kan pag-bagung sin bul-bul iluk in hikmat duun hasapaya siya malissin iban dih magbahuh iban subay niya dih paabutun pa kahpatan adlaw .

Hukuman sin pag-payguh

Pag-ka kiyapangadjian muna in hukuman sin tahara( kasutsihan ) daing ha hadath asibi iban sin makabahtal kaniya , bihayaun subay mu pangadjiun in hadath akbar/ dakula iban bang unu namayan in wajib payguan nag-parman in allah mahasutsi mahatinggi .

قول الله تعالى :) وَإِنْ كُنْتُمْ جُنُبًا فَاطَّهَّرُوا (

Hatiniya : bang in kaunan niya halaum junub nah! sutsiha niya in baran niya sinpag-payguh .

• Nasabbut ha mga kitab in kaunan sin mga arab nakaunan ha walah pa dimatung in agama islam in kaunan nila mag-payguh sila junub daing ha mga pamanduh hi nabiy Ibrahim alayhis salam nakapin kanila .

Adapun in mga kakahinang wajib payguan unum apabila mahinang sin hambuuk muslim in hambuuk daing kanila ini nah! wajib niya subay pay-guan .

1. Bang niyaugan siya mannih usug naka atawa kan babai duun hayan bang sawpama niya niya ugan siya mannih ha sahbu siya batih sartah duun ha pag-guwa sin manni yan siyartaan siya sin sarap nah! wajib kaniya in mamayguh junub , bang sawpama niya niya ugan siya mannih ha sahbu siya bati sah walah siyartaan sin sarap biyah na sin niyaugan siya mannih sabab sin nasasakit siya , nah! duun hayan walah na siya kiya wajiban mamayguh junub , bang sawpama niya nakataga inup siya ubus niya ugan siya mannih nah! wajib kaniya mamayguh junub , damikkiyan niya bang sawpama niya pag-batih niya daing ha katugan aun kitah niya bakkas sin manniy ha baran niya atawa kan ha tamungun niya wajib kaniya mamayguh junub , damikkiyan niya bang sawpama niya in siya nakataga inup sakali walah da siya niya ugan mannih iban wayruun bakkas duun sin manniy ha baran atawa kan tamungun niya nah! wayruun na siya kiyawajiban mamayguh junub .

2. Bang nag-dakpak na in awrat sin usug iban awrat sin babai duun ha kahalan yan wajib kanila duwa mamayguh junub ha sabda sin nabiy salawat iban salam kaniya .

عن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم : إذا قعد بين شعبها الأربع , ثم مس الختان الختان ; فقد وجب الغسل(رواه مسلم وغيره

Hatiniya : apabila nag-dagpak na in upat anggawtah baran pag-ubus in awrat sin usug iban babai nagdakpak na nah! sabunnal tuud wajib na sila karuwa mamayguh jnub .

Duun ha hadith yan manunjuki sin wajib in pag-payguh junub apabila in awrat sin usug iban babai nag-dakpak na sarta kiyapag- mawpakkatn sin mga kaulmaan sin wajib na kanila duwa mamayguh sibuh da niya ugan sila mannih iban sin walah .

3. Apabila nag-muslim in kapir wajib kaniya mamayguh ha hambuuk papanaw sin mga kaulmaan sabab in nabiy salawat iban salam kaniya sin allah diyaak niya namayguh in kaibanan manusiya amuin nag-musilm sah kiyabaytah sin kamatauran ulama in pag-payguh sin kapir bang siya simud pa agama islam in hukuman niya sunnat bukun wajib sabab wayruun kiyabaytah daing ha nabiy in katan simud pa agama islam diyaak niya namayguh wa allahu ahlam .

4. Mait tau patay : amuin bukun parrang sabil ( shahid ) sabab in shahid dih na siya liguun .

5. Apabila natahay na in duguh bulan sin babai wajib kaniya in subay mamayguh daing ha haid ( biyulan ) .

6. Nifas Apabila natahay na in duguh nifas sin babai wajib kaniya in subay mamayguh .

Aturan sin pag-payguh junub

• Subay siya mag-niyat duun ha laum atay niya sin mamayguh siya junub
• Ubus ampa siya mag bismillah sartah hugasan niya in duwa lima niya makatu iban hugasan niya in awrat niya .
• Ubus ampa siya mag-ayil biyah sin pag-ayil niya bang siya mag-sambahayang .
• Ubus ampa niya buhsugan in uh niya makatu bassaun niya sin tubig in puunan sin buhuk niya .
• Ubus ampa niya buhsugan in katan baran niya sin tubig sartah hilugan niya in baran niya sin lima niya hasupaya suminup in tubig pa baran niya .

• Wajib ha tau namayguh daing ha junub usug naka atawa kan babai subay niya tuud basaun in puunan sin buhuk niya iban na sin katan anggawtah baran niya sabab bang sawpama niya aun daing ha mga tampat sin baran niya wayruun nabasah dih mataymah in pag-payguh niya junub sabab sabda sin nabiy salawat iban salam kaniya sin allah .

وقال صلى الله عليه وسلم : )تحت كل شعرة جنابة ; فاغسلوا الشعر , وأنقوا البشر ( رواه أبو داود والترمذي .

( ha tiyap tiyap siyulagan puunan sin buhuk junub , nah basaa niyu in buhuk dana in puunan niya . sartah sutsiha niya in baran niyu ) .

• Damikkiyan niya dih siya manjari mag-usibah tubig duun ha pag-payguh .
• Damikkiyan dih s iya manjari mamayguh nag-huhubuh atawa kikitah in awrat niya bang aun tau wajib niya tabunan in awrta niya . ha sabda sin nabiy salawat iban salam kaniya sin allah

فإذا اغتسل أحدكم ; فليستتر رواه أبو داود والنسائي .

( apabila mamaygu in hambuuk daing kaniyu subay niya tabunan in awrtat niya . )

• In pay-guh daing ha junub amanat daing ha tuhan sabab wayruun makakitah kaniya iban maka ingat tuput ha antara niya ipan sin tuhan , daing ha sabab yan wajib subay niya parihalaun iban pasampurnaun in pag-hinang kaniya bang sawpama aun dih niya kaingatan wajib kaniya in subay mangasubu pa mga sila taga panghati , sabab in kasutsihan daing ha mga sarat sin hikataymah sin sambahayang daing ha sabab yan subay dih haman hamanun sin muslim bang mayan hidayatan in katan muslim humati sin agama islam .

Hukuman sin haid = in hati sin haid amuna in duguh mag-guwah daing ha pakandang sin babai ha tiyap tiyap bulan amuin kamawmuhan .

Daing ha sabab yan aun mga hukuman wajib hatihun ha palihalan sin haid , daing ha mga hukuman niya :

• in babai biyulan dih siya manjari mag-sambahayang iban mag-puasa iban mag-tawaf salugay niya biyubulan , bang sawpama niya nakasambahayang atawa kan nakapuasa siya ha sahbu siya biyulan dih taymaun kaniya sin allah , gam namayan piyanglangan kaniya in mag-samabahayang iban mag-puasa iban mag-tawaf .
• dih manjari ha babai biyulanhumantih halaum masjid .
• dih manjari jimaun sin bana niya ha sahbu siya biyubulan sahinggah siya makapygu daing ha haid .ha parman sin allah

قال الله تعالى : وَيَسْأَلُونَكَ عَنِ الْمَحِيضِ قُلْ هُوَ أَذًى فَاعْتَزِلُوا النِّسَاءَ فِي الْمَحِيضِ وَلَا تَقْرَبُوهُنَّ حَتَّى يَطْهُرْنَ فَإِذَا تَطَهَّرْنَ فَأْتُوهُنَّ مِنْ حَيْثُ أَمَرَكُمُ اللَّهُ إِنَّ اللَّهَ يُحِبُّ التَّوَّابِينَ وَيُحِبُّ الْمُتَطَهِّرِينَ (

Hatiniya : asubuhun nila rakaw ya nabiy Muhammad ha hukuman sin haid , nah! pamungan kanila in haid yan lummi , sartah ayaw niyu siya jimaa ha sahbu sila biyubulan sahingga sila makapayguh daing ha haid , nah! apabila sila nakapayguh na daing ha haid manjari niyu sila suukun piyangdaakan kaniyu sin allah , sabunnal tuud in allah makasi malasa ha mga manusiya nag-tatawbat iban manusiya nag-susutsi .

Hiyaram sin allah iban rasul niya in mag-jimah ha sahbu in babai biyubulan sah! Jiyari ha usug amuin panguyag kuyagan biyah na sin siyumun niya in baran sin asawa niya ha sarat dih niya jimaun ha sabda sin nabiy salawat iban salam kaniya .

وقال النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم : اصنعوا كل شيء إلا النكاح رواه الجماعة إلا البخاري , وفي لفظ : إلا الجماع

Hatiniya : hinanga niyu na in katan duuh ha asawa niyu ha sah bu siya biyulan malaingkan jimah .

• dih manjari tallakan sin bana in asawa niya ha sahbu in asawa niya biyubulan .
• bang in babai nakapyguh na daing ha haid wajib niya bayaran bang sawpama niya un bukah niya puasa ha bulan Ramadan , adapun in sambahayang dih niya na bayaran in mga sambahayang lima waktu amuin kiyatinggalan niya .
• bang sawpama niya pag-ubus niya namyguh ubus aun kitah niya gimuh daing ha awrat niya biyah siya walnah biyaning in yan dih niya parulihun hatiniya dih da hikamudarat sin mga ibadat niya sartah bukun na siya lamud daing ha duguh ( biyulan ) laung hi ummu etiyya kiyaridaan siya sin allah

لقول أم عطية رضي الله عنها : كنا لا نعد الصفرة والكدرة بعد الطهر شيئا , رواه أبو داود وغيره , وله حكم الرفع ; لأنه تقرير منه صلى الله عليه وسلم.
Hatniya: dih namuh na paruluhun in pag-kakitaan namuh walnah biyaning amuin gimuwah daing ha awrat ha pag-ubus namuh mamayguh haid .

• bang sawpama niya timahay in duguh niya atawa kan nifas niya ha dih pa tumuhgum in mata suga wajib siya mamayguh iban sambahayangun niya in dhuhur iban asar ha adlaw yan , bang sawpama niya timahay in duguh niya atawa kan nifas ha dih pa maabut in waktu sin subuh wajib kaniya mamyguh iban sambahyanagun niy ain mag-rib iban isha ha dum yan

قال شيخ الإسلام ابن تيمية رحمه الله في " الفتاوى " ( 22 \ 434 ) : ولهذا كان جمهور العلماء كمالك والشافعي وأحمد إذا طهرت الحائض في آخر النهار ; صلت الظهر والعصر جميعا , وإذا طهرت في آخر الليل ; صلت المغرب والعشاء جميعا ; كما نقل ذلك عن عبد الرحمن بن عوف وأبي هريرة وابن عباس ; لأن الوقت مشترك بين الصلاتين في حال العذر , فإذا طهرت في آخر النهار ; فوقت الظهر باق , فتصليها قبل العصر , فإذا طهرت في آخر الليل , فوقت المغرب باق في حال العذر , فتصليها قبل العشاء انتهى .

• adapun bang sawpama niya simud na in waktu samabahayang sin panagnaan waktu biyulan siya atawa kian nipas siya duun hayan naun in khilaf sin mga ukama ha hukuman niya sah in papanaw makusug walah na siya kiyawajiban mag-bayad sin samabahayang amuin yabutan siya duun .

قال شيخ الإسلام ابن تيمية رحمه الله في " مجموع الفتاوى " ( 23 \ 335 ) في هذه المسألة : والأظهر في الدليل مذهب أبي حنيفة ومالك ; أنها لا يلزمها شيء ; لأن القضاء إنما يجب بأمر جديد , ولا أمر هنا يلزمها بالقضاء , ولأنها أخرت تأخيرا جائزا ; فهي غير مفرطة , وأما النائم أو الناسي , وإن كان غير مفرط أيضا ; فإن ما يفعله ليس قضاء , بل ذلك وقت الصلاة في حقه حين يستيقظ ويذكر انتهى .

Daing ha aturan sin pag-jamban :
Bang sawpama in kaunan niya ha gimba atawa kan ha desert subay siya lumayuh daing ha mga tau amuin dih siya kakitaan iban maun siya patampat amuin katamapanan siya .
Bang in kaunan niya ha kapantayan hiyaram kaniya in umalup pa kiblat atawa kan taykuran niya in kiblat ha sahbu siya duun ha pag-jambanan , hatiniya subay siya dih umalup pa kiblat iban subay niya dih taykuran in kiblat .
Adapun bang in kaunan niya halaum toilet duwa in papanaw sin mga kaulamaan duun :
1. Manjari siya umalup pa kiblat atawa kan taykuran niya in kiblat sabab yaun da siya halaum toilet .
2. Dih siya manjari umalup pa kiblat atawa kan taykuran niya in kiblat minsan pa in kaunan niya halaum toilet .
Damikkiyan niya subay niya aniban in pigsik sin ihih niya sabab adakala kapisikan in baran iban sin badjuh niya .
Damikkiyan niya hiyaram kaniya amuin kumpitan niya sin lima niya tuu inawarat niya ha sahbu siya nag-jajamban .
Damikkiyan niya dih siya manajari mangjaban ha dan pag-lalabayan sin mga tau iban dih manjari kaniya amuin mang-jamban siya atawa kan mangihi ha tamapat pag-hali-halihan sin mga tau .iban dih siya manjari mangjamban ha puun kahuy sin tau labiy awla na tuud bang in kaunan sin kahuy aun bunga niya .
Damikkiyan niya dih siya manjari mangjamban ha tubig dih mag-anud biyah na sin tubig kuppung iban tubig kalih .
Damikkiyan niya dih siya manjari mag-bissara ha sahbu nagjamban .
Subay niya dih dahun in qur-an atawa kan mga sulat daing ha qur-an pa tampat pag-jamabanan .
Maubus mayan sin mangjaban in hipamauppuh niya tabig , bang sawpama niya wayruun tubig in usalun niya batu , bang sawpama niya wayruun batu jiyari da in mga dahun dahun atawa kan katas atawa kan tisyu atawa kan kahuy ha sarat igun niya in najjis daing ha tampat sin awrat niya .
Iban dih niya manjari usalun pag-pauppuh in bukug sin sapi atawa kan bukug sin kambing atawa kan bukug sin untah dana in mga tai sin mga binatang nasabbut yan sabab piyanglangan sin nabiy salawat iban salam kaniya sin allah .
Patumtum :
In pag-istinja amuna in pag-jamban daing di ha ini in pangannal sin kamatauran subay tuud siya mahinang ha dih pakaw maka ayil , in ini bang sawpama niya wayruun daisab kaw jiyamban dih na siya magkaligahan in subay pa mag-istinjah sabab in hati soin pag-istinjah pag-sutsi ha pag-ubus mangjamban .

Ya kaw taymnghud ku muslim subay mu tuud aniban in pigsik sin ihih sabab in kamaturan manusiya siksah sila halaum sin pakubulan nila sabab dih nila aniban in pigsik sin ihi nila .iban in muslim subay niya tuud sutsihun in baran niya daing ha mga najjis sabab in allah siyanglit niya in mga manusiya amuin nag-sutsi sin pag-ibadat nila daing ha shirk iban nag-sutsi sin baran nila daing ha najjis ha parman niya :

قال الله تعالى : )وَاللَّهُ يُحِبُّ الْمُطَّهِّرِينَ (

HATINIYA : IBAN SABUNNAL TUUD IN ALLAH MALASA SIYA HA MGA MANUSIYA NAG-SUSUTSI .
BANG MAYAN PALIHALAUN NATUH IN KASUTSIHAN SIN PAG-IBADAT NATUH . IBAN BANG MAYAN TAWPIKAN IN KATAN MUSLIM HUMATIH SIN PAG-AGAMA NILA IBAN SARAH SIN ALLAH .

Bang sawpama niya in muslim aun hadath niya dakulah dih siya manajri:

1. Kumumpit sin qur-an ha wayruun lampik sin lima niya ha parman sin allah
لقوله تعالى : لَا يَمَسُّهُ إِلَّا الْمُطَهَّرُونَ
Hatiniya : dih manjari kumupit sin qur-an malaingkan subay in kaunan niya sutsi siya daing ha hadath .
قوله : لا يمس المصحف إلا طاهر رواه النسائي وغيره متصلا .

Ha sabda sin nabiy : wayruun manjari kumumpit sin qur-an malaingkan subay in kaunan niya sutsi daing ha hadath .

Bang in kaunan sin tau aun hadath niya dih siya manjari kumumpit sin qur-an bagwayruun lampik sin lima niya atawa kan bang wayruun lampik sin qur-an amu yan in papanawa sin upat madhab ( hanafiya iban malikiya iban shafi iya iban sin hanabila )

. قال شيخ الإسلام عن منع مس المصحف لغير المتطهر : " هو مذهب الأئمة الأربعة " .

2. Hiyaram ha tau aun hadath asibih atawa kan dakulah in sumambahayang sibuh da in kaunan sin sambahayang sunnat atawa kan parduh ha sabda sin nabiy salwat iban salam kaniya .

, وحديث : لا يقبل الله صلاة من أحدث حتى يتوضأ

Hatiniya : dih taymaun sin allah in sambahayang sin tau aun hadath niya sahinggah siya makapag-ayil .

Dain duun ha hadith yan manunjuki sin hiyaram ha tau aun hadath niya sumambayang sibuh dakan sambahayang parduh atawa kan sunnat , damikkiyan niya dih taymaun in sambahayang niya , bang sawpama niya nakasambahayang siya kiyaluphan niya in siya halaum hadath dih da mataymah in sambahayang niya subay niya balikan , adapun bang siya simambayang kiyaiingatan niya in siya halaum hadath tiyuud niya nah! magdusa siya pa allah sartah bang aun nakurah sin muslim manjari niya dihilan siksah .

3. Hiyaram ha tau aun hadath niya asibi iban dakulah mag-tawaf ( mag-kuliling ) ha kahba sabab in mag-tawap ha kahba daing ha mga sarat niya subay in kaunan sutsi daing ha duwa hadath iban in pag-tawap biyah da siya halaum sambahayang ha sabda sin nabiy salawat iban salam kaniya sin allah
لقوله صلى الله عليه وسلم : الطواف بالبيت صلاة ; إلا أن الله أباح فيه الكلام

Hatiniya : in tawaf duun ha kahba biyah da siya sambahayang , malaingkan na sadya in allah jiyari niya in mag-bissar duun ha pagtawapan .

Adapun in hiyaram tuput ha tau aun hadath niya dakula :
In hadath dakulah biya na sin aun junub niya niyaugan siya manni , atawa kan simuuk siya pa asawa niya ubsu nagdakpak in upat siyunnatn maitung na siya hadath dakulah minsan pa walah siya niyaugan manni , babai biyulan atawa aun nipas niya .
1. Hiyaram kaniya in mag-bassa sin qur-an ha sabda sin nabiy salawat iban salam kaniya sin allah
لحديث علي رضي الله عنه : لا يحجبه ( يعني : النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم ) عن القرآن شيء , ليس الجنابة رواه الترمذي وغيره
Hadith daing kan alih kiyaridaan siya sillah laung niya : wayruun makapahgang ha nabiy salawat iban salam kaniya sin tuhn amuin ha mag-bassa sin qur-an malaingkan bang in siya halaum junub )
ولفظ الترمذي : " يقرئنا القرآن ما لم يكن جنبا "
Mamassa sila katuh sin qur-an bang in kaunan nila bukun halaum junub .
Duun ha hadith nsabbut yan manunjuki sin hiyaram ha tau aun junub niya in mag-bassa sin qur-an .
Ha tungud sin mga sila kababaihan biyulan , atawa kan aun nipas nila bang sawpama niya mabugah niya kalupahan in surah atawa kan ayat nahapal niya sabab lugayan in dugu niya ha bihayan kahalan jiyari sin kaibanan ulama biyah na kan ibnu taymiya kiya ulungan siya sin allah in mag-bassa siya sin qur-an ha dih niya kumpitan in qur-an ./ kitab mulakhas fiqhiya al-fawzan gikapan 33 .kitab at-tahara.
Damikkiyan niya wayruun daisab sah niya bang sawpama niya nakabissara in tau daing ha mga ayat sin qur-an in maksud niya bukun mag-bassa sin qur-an atawa kan jiyari daisab kaniya minsan pa in kaunan niya aun junub mag-jikr minsan pa in kaunan sin jikir niya yaun daing ha qur-an , sabab in maksud niya bukun mag-bassa sin qur-an .

2. Hiyaram ha tau aun hadath niya dakulah atawa kan biyulan in babai atawa kana un nipas niya humanti halaum sin masjid ha wayruun ayil niya ha parman sin allah mahasitsi mahatinggi .
لقوله تعالى ) يَا أَيُّهَا الَّذِينَ آمَنُوا لَا تَقْرَبُوا الصَّلَاةَ وَأَنْتُمْ سُكَارَى حَتَّى تَعْلَمُوا مَا تَقُولُونَ وَلَا جُنُبًا إِلَّا عَابِرِي سَبِيلٍ حَتَّى تَغْتَسِلُوا (
Hatiniya : ya kamu mga amuin namamratsaya ayw kamu sumabahayang bang in kaunan niyu nahihilu sahinnga kamu makasayu iban kahatihan inhimumungan niyu iban ayaw kamu sumambahayang bang in kaunan niyu halaum junub sahingga kamu makapyguh malaingkan jiyari in lumabay halaum sin masjid in tau aun junub .
Damikkiyan niya ha sabda sin nabiy salawat iban salam kaniya sin allah
ولقوله صلى الله عليه وسلم : لا أحل المسجد لحائض ولا جنب رواه أبو داود من حديث عائشة , وصححه ابن خزيمة .

Hatinita : Walah ku jiyari ha babai biyulan iban ha tau aun junub niya amuin humantih halaum sin masjid .

Sah in hadith yan manunjuki ha mga tau wayruun ayil nila .
Malaingkan bang kaunan sin tau aun junub niya nakapag ayil siya jiyari kaniya in humantih halaum sin masjid kiyabaytah hi ata kiya ulungan siya sin allah .

لقول عطاء : رأيت رجالا من أصحاب رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم يجلسون في المسجد وهم مجنبون إذا توضؤوا وضوء الصلاة
Kitah ku in mga sahabat sin nabiy salawat iban salam kaniya sin allah in sila nag-lilingkud halaum sin masjid in kaunan nila halaum junub sah! In Sila aun ayil nila .
In hikmat sabab in ayil makagaan siya sin hadath dakulah .
Damikkiyan niya jiyari ha tau aun hadath niya dakulah amuin lumabay daing halaum sin masjid .

in istihadaa duguh sakit mag-guwah ha babai wayruun waktu niya . in istihada parakala makasusa , sabab aun piyasibuan niya iban sin duguh ( biyulan ) bang sawpama niya in kaunan sin duguh niya masi-masi gumuwah unu in hukaman niya maitung siya haid atawa kan istihada ?

duun hayan in mustahada aun kahalan niya :
hika-isa : bang sawpama niya in babai in pangaddatan niya mag-duguh ( biyulan ) matarrang halaum sin hangka bulan tu adlaw atawa kan upat adlaw atawa kan hangkapitu duun ha panagnaan simana atawa kan hangkapitu duun ha kihtungan sin simana ha bihayan kahalan kiyaiingatan niya bang pila adlaw siya pag-duguun , ha palihalan yan iytungun niya in adlaw kiyabiyaksahan niya bang siya pag-bulanun maubus mayan in mga adlaw kabiyaksahan niya
ubus ampa siya mamayguh haid ubus in gimuwah duguh daing kaniya maitung na siya mustahada .
hikaruwa : bang sawpama niya dih niya kaingtan bang pila adalw siya pag-duguun , sah mapnig niya in duguh, biyulan iban sin duguh dugaing biyah na sin istihada .sabab in duguh biyulan aun sipat niya biyah na sin maitum iban sin mabahuh siya , adapun in duguh istihada bukun siya mabahuh sartah in walnah niya pula , duun ha kahalan yan jagahan niya bang sawpama niya in gimuwah daing kaniya duguh walanh itum sartah mabahuh nah! in yan maitung siya haid / dih manjaari kaniya in sumabahayang atawa kan magpuasa , malaingkan bang sawpama niya in gimuwah kaniya walnah pula sartah wayruun bahuh niya duun ha kahalan yan maitung siya duguh istihada , kiyawajiban siya sumambahayang ha tiyapap-tiyap waktu .
in aturan sin pag-sutsi niya mag-ayil sadya siya bang sumud na in waktu sartah ha dih pa siya maka ayil hugasan niya naa in awrat niya ubus ampa niya butangan in awrat niya napkin atawa gapas atawa kan unu-unu na in hikapahgang sin duguh niya istihada .

Sambahayang sunnat ratibah

Sambahayang sunnat ratibah ( sunnat kabliyatan iban bahdiyatan )

In sunnat ratiba apdal bang siya mahinang dih daib siya mag-dusa bang niya kiyatinggalan adpun miyakru ha mga sila manusiya amuin nag-parihalah sin sunnat ratibah bang nila tinggalan sartah laung sin kaibanan imam sin madhab bang niya tinggal mag-dusa siya maig daing kaniya in pag-ka adil sabab sin pag-tinggal niya yaun manunjuki sin nag-pahil pahil siya sin pag-agama niya .adpun in kalabbiyan sin samabahayang sunnat nasabbut tana nakauna .
In sunnat ratiba in taud niya hangpuh rakaat
• Duwa rakaat ha dih pa siya makasambahayang dhuhur
• Duwa rakaat pag-ubus niya sumabahayang dhuhur
• Duwa rakaat pag-ubus niya sumambahayang mag-rib .
• Duwa rakaat pag-ubus niya sumambahayang isha .
• Duwa rakaat ha dih pa siya maka sambahayang fajar / subu .
In dalil sin mga sunnat nasabbut yan :
حديث ابن عمر رضي الله عنهما ; قال : حفظت من رسول الله صلى الله عليه وسلم عشر ركعات : ركعتين قبل الظهر , وركعتين بعدها , وركعتين بعد المغرب في بيته , وركعتين بعد العشاء في بيته , وركعتين قبل الصبح (متفق عليه
Hadith daing kan ibnu umar kiyaridaan sila sin allah laung niya : nahapal ku daing ha rasulullah salawat iban salam kaniya sin allah hangpuh rakaat sunnat : duwa rakaat ha dih pa makapag sambahayang dhuhur , iban sin duwa rakaat ubus niya , iban duwa rakaat pag-ubus sambahayang mag-rib sambahayangun niya duun ha bay iya , iban duwa rakaat pag-ubus sin sambahayang isha duun ha bay niya , iban duwa rakaat ha dih pa makapag-sambahayang subu . [ al-bukhari iban hi muslim ]
Sah kiyabaytah daisab daing ha nabiy in sunnat ratibah hangpuh tag-duwa rakaat siya .

وفي " صحيح مسلم " عن عائشة رضي الله عنها : " كان يصلي قبل الظهر أربعا في بيتي , ثم يخرج فيصلي بالناس , ثم يرجع إلى بيتي فيصلي ركعتين
Daing kan aisha kiyaridaan siya sin allah laung niya : in kaunan sin nabiy mag-samabahayang siya sunnat ha dih pa makapag-sambahayang dhuhur upat rakaat ubus ampa siya gumwah pa masjid karnah mag-imam ha mga sahabat maubus mayan in sambahayang ampa siya mag-balik pa bay sumunnat duwa rakaat [ muslim ]
Hatiniya mahinang upat rakaat sunnt ha dih pa makapagsambahayang dhuhur

In labi marayaw sambahayangun niya in sunnat ratiba yan duun ha bay ha sabda sin nabiy salawat iban salam kaniya :
قال عليه الصلاة والسلام :) اجعلوا من صلاتكم في بيوتكم , ولا تجعلوها قبورا (

Hatniya : hinanga niyu in sambahayang niyu duun ha bay niyu , sartah in bay niyu yan ayaw niya hinanga biyah sin kubur .

In maksud sin hadith diyaak kiatniyu sin nabiy sumambayang sunnat ha bay sartah ayaw natuh hinangun in bay biytah sin kubur sabab in kubur dih manjari pag-ammal ibadatan duun adpun in bay suby siya pag-ammal ibadatan pag-bassahan qur-an atawa kan pag-sambahayangan sunnat atawa kan pag-jikiran sabab labi maryaw bang ta mahinang ha bay in mga kasunnat-sunnatan .

In malaggu tuud pahalah niya duun ha katan sunnat yan sunnat sambahayang subu sabab walh kiyatinggalan sin rasul salawat iban salam kaniya sin allah minsan pa in kaunan niya ha tulakan atawa kan tutug siya ha hulah sabda sin nabiy ha hadith niya .

وقال صلى الله عليه وسلم :) ركعتا الفجر خير من الدنيا وما فيها (

Hatiniya : duwa rakaat sunnat sin sambahayang subu in pahalah niya labiy marayaw daing sin dunya ini agad na in luun niya .

In mga sunnat yan parihalaun siya bang sawpama in kaunan niya tutug ha hulah bukun siya musafir adapun bang in kaunan niya musafir in hinanngun niya sunnat amuna in sunnat sunnat sin sambahayang subu iban sambahayang witir hasupaya siya maka upi ha kakahinang sin nabiy salawat iban salam kaniya sin allah .
وقال ابن القيم رحمه الله : " وكان من هديه صلى الله عليه وسلم في سفره الاقتصار على الفرض , ولم يحفظ عنه أنه صلى سنة الصلاة قبلها ولا بعدها , إلا ما كان من الوتر وسنة الفجر "

Laung hi ibnul qayyim kiya ulungan siya sin allah : iban daing ha mga kakahinang sin nabiy salawat iban salam kaniya bang in kaunan niya ha tulukan in sambahayangun niya ra tuput sambahayang parduh , wayruun kiyabaytah in siya nag-sambahayang sunnat sibuh dakan kabliyatan atawa kan bahdiyatan malaingkan amura in pag-hinangun niya sunnat witir iban duwa rakat sunnat sambahayang subu .

Adapun in ayat atawa kan sura basshun niya duun ha sambahayang sunnat ha panagnaan rakaat maubus mayan siya mamassa sin suratul fatiha ampa siya mamassa suratul kafirun , ha hikaruwa maubus mayan siya mamassa sin fatihan ampa niya bassahun in suratul ihklas .
Bang sawpama kiyatinggalan niya in mga sunnat nasabbut yan duun nakan witir atawa kan sunnat subu manjari atawa kan sisyunnat kaniya mag-bayad ha sabda sin nabiy salawat iban salam kaniya sin allah

وقال صلى الله عليه وسلم : من نام عن الوتر أو نسيه , فليصله إذا أصبح أو ذكر رواه الترمذي وأبو داود

( hisiyu-hisiyu in nakatug walah siya nakasambahayang witir atawa kan kiyalupahan niya nah! bayaran niya pag-abut sin maynaat atawa kan bang niya katumtuman [ at-tirmidhi iban hi abu daud ]
In hantangan sin pag-bayad ha sambahayang witir pajukupun niya sawpama niya in hambuuk rakaat hinangun niya duwa rakaat in tu rakaat hinangun niya upat rakaat .. in hangpu tag-isa rakaat hinangun niya hangpuh tag-duwa rakaat .

لما في " الصحيح " عن عائشة رضي الله عنها : كان النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم إذا منعه من قيام الليل نوم أو وجع ; صلى من النهار ثنتي عشرة ركعة

Daing kan aisha kiyaridaan siya sin allah laung niya : in kaunan sin nabiy salawat iban salam kaniya apabila siya walah nakapag tahdjud ( witir ) sabab sin nakatug siya atawa kan masakit in uh niya , nah! bayaran niya sumambahayang siya adlaw hangpuh tag-duwa rakaat .
Taymanghu ku muslim subay tuud pag-muhut muhutan mu parihalaun in mga samabahayang sunnat yan sabab duun ha kakahinang yam aka upi kita ha kakahinang sin jungjungan Muhammad salawat iban salam kaniya sin tuhan , iban in mga sambahayang sunnat yan hipagtapal sin mga kasaan ta ha samabahayang parduh iban hipag ganap ha sambahayang parduh sartah tiranan hikasuuk ta pa ulung iban kaampunan sin tuhan .mura-murahan tawpikan kitaniyu katan pa kakahinang amuin kariridaan sin tuhan .

Sunnat mutlaqa

Sunnat mutlaqa

In hati sin sunnat mutlaqa sunnat samabahayang wayruun waktu niya , hatiniya manjari kaw sumambahayang sunnat kuhnu-kuhnu na in kabayaan mu , malaingkan na sadya bang ha waktu amuin piyanglanagan sin sarah duun in mag-sunnat .
In apdal daing ha mga sunnat mutlaqa yan amuna in kiyamul lail tahadjud

روى أهل السنن ; أن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم سئل : أي الصلاة أفضل بعد المكتوبة ; قال : الصلاة في جوف الليل

Sabunnal tuud naasubu in nabiy salawat iban salam kaniya sin allah bang unu sambahayang apdal mapuas sin sambahayang parduh ? sabda niya : in apdal samabayang maapuas sin parduh amuna in samabahayang tungah dum . [ abu daud an-nasa’I at-tirmidhi iban hi ibnu majah ]

وقال صلى الله عليه وسلم : إن في الليل ساعة , لا يوافقها عبد مسلم , يسأل الله خيرا من أمر الدنيا والآخرة ; إلا أعطاه إياه

Sabda sin jungjungan salawat iban salam kaniya sin allah : sabunnal tuud duun ha dum yan aun waktu , bang kiyasabtanan sin hambuuk muslim nangayuh siya pa allah sin karayaw dunya akhirat malaingkan hidihil kaniya .

وقال صلى الله عليه وسلم : وعليكم بقيام الليل , فإنه دأب الصالحين قبلكم , وهو قربة إلى ربكم , ومكفرة للسيئات , ومنهاة عن الإثم " رواه الحاكم .

Sabda sin jungjungan salawat iban salam kaniya sin allah : subay kamu mag-samaabahayang dum ( tahdjud ) sabunnal tuud in siya kakahinang sin mga tau salihin ( marayaw ) nakauna daing kaniyu sartah in siya hikasuuk pa tuhan niyu , iban hika ampun sin mga dusa niyu sartah hikapapas sin dusa . [ al-hakim ]
Waktu sin pag-kimul layil ( tahadjud )
Tumagna in waktu niya puas magrib

قال الإمام أحمد رحمه الله : " قيام الليل من المغرب إلى طلوع الفجر "

Laung hi imam ahmad ( hambali ) kiyaulungan siya sin allah : in tahadjud magtagnah siya daing ha puas sin sambahayang magrib sambil pa subu .
aDapun in waktu niya apdal iban sarayaw-rayaw tungah dum 1/3 sin dum sabab ha sabda sin nabiy

روى أهل السنن ; أن النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم سئل : أي الصلاة أفضل بعد المكتوبة ; قال : الصلاة في جوف الليل

Sabunnal tuud naasubu in nabiy salawat iban salam kaniya sin allah bang unu sambahayang apdal mapuas sin sambahayang parduh ? sabda niya : in apdal samabayang maapuas sin parduh amuna in samabahayang tungah dum . [ abu daud an-nasa’I at-tirmidhi iban hi ibnu majah ]

Aturan sin pag-tahadjud

• Subay siya mag-niyat mag-tahadjud
• Bang siya maka bati sin tungah dum siyunnat kaniya in mag-siwak atawa kan mga toot brush ubus ampa niya sug-sugun in duwaa ini

" لا إله إلا الله وحده , لا شريك له , له الملك , وله الحمد , وهو على كل شيء قدير , الحمد لله , وسبحان الله , ولا إله إلا الله , والله أكبر , ولا حول ولا قوة إلا بالله "
La-ilaha illah allah wahdahu la sharika lahu , lahul mulku wa lahul hamdu , wa huwa ala kulli shay’in qadir . al-hamdulillah , subhanallah , wa la ilaha illah allah wa allahu akbar wa la hawla wa la quwwata illah billah .
Hatniya : wayruun mapatut pag-tag-ipunan malaingkan tuput in allah isa-isa niya wayruun sakutu niya , siya in tag-milik iban tuput kaniya in pupudjahan , sartah siya in makagaus ha katan unu-unu na , mag-sukur pa allah mahasutsi maahtinggi , wayruun mapatut pag-tag-ipunan malaingkan tuput siya , siya in tuhan sangat dakulah , iban wayruun kusug iban gaus malaingkan labay daing ha pag-bayah niya .

, ويقول : " الحمد لله الذي أحياني بعد ما أماتني وإليه النشور , الحمد لله الذي رد علي روحي , وعافاني في جسدي , وأذن لي بذكره " .
Alahmdulillahi alladhi ahyani bahda amatani wa ilahin nushur , Alhamdulillah alladhi radda alayya ruhi, wa afani fi jasadi wa adhina li bidhikrihi .

Hatiniya : pudji tuput pa allah sin biyatih niya aku daing ha katugan mattu ra kaniya in uuwian sin katan piyapanjarai , pudji pa allah sin biyalik niya kakuh in nyawalihan ku sartah liyappas niya in jasad ku daing ha sakit , magsukur kaniya sabab tiyugutan niya aku manuntum kaniya .

• Siyunnat kaniya ha dih pa siya makatagnah mag-tahdjud sumannat naa siya duwa rakaat hupuh-hupuh .
• In sambahayang tahadjud ha tiyap-tiyap duwa rakaat sumlam kaw .
• Apdal mag-tahadjud ha bay
• In labi marayaw bang sin mag-tahdjun nag-titindug bang sawpama wayruun udjul sin baran niya .
• Adapun bang aun ujjul sin baran niya tiranan nakalingkud siya nag-tahdjud madawht niya ra in pahalah biya sin pahalah nag-sambahayang nag-titindug
• Tammatun niya in pag-tahadjud sin sambahayang witir
• Adpun bang siya nag-tahdjud nag-lilingkud jiyari sah hangtungah da in madawaht niya pahalah pa sambahayang nag-titindug
• Bang sawpama niya walah siya nakatahdjud sin dum siyunnat kaniya mag-bayad sin adlaw ha dih pa sumud in waktu dhuhur .
Taymnghud ku muslim subay mu dihilan waktu in baran mu mag-tahadjud hasupaya kaw dih malugih sin pahalah iban karyawan diyarah sin sambahayang tahadjud .
